“Because when you love something,
every time a bit of it goes,
you lose a piece of yourself.”
From The Brave One
In December 1999, I took these images of the ACS Barker Road clock tower. Even
though the rest of the school had been renovated, the clock tower was unchanged.
To me, the clock tower represented a place where I had studied, played and grown
up in. The following year, it was demolished along with the school.
Now in 2008, I am offering these black & white prints of the icon we love so much
to the ACS family. Every time I see these photos, they help me remember. I hope
they do the same for you.
